Our Story - Happy Boards

It started the way all great ideas should: friends hanging out, not enough cheese, and a big “what if.”

Ankit had just moved to NYC when he searched Uber Eats for a charcuterie board and came up empty. The next day, he started sketching the idea for HappyBoards.

Soon after, he met Chef Nelson Cienfuegos, a veteran of NYC’s best kitchens. Together, they launched HappyBoards in 2022 with one goal: to make it easy to turn everyday moments into something worth savoring.
